Nominal pore sizing scores are offered as a typical indication of filter retention.  It is actually understood that some amount of particles larger than, and equivalent to, the nominal pore measurement scores will go through the filters to the filtrate.  Some manufactures may well associate nominal pore size ratings with proportion filtration eff
